How It Works

Choose from a variety of Dishes from our Collection of Private Dining Menus or indulge in "The Pairing Table" experience!

We'll devise a quote with your selections which can be refined as often as needed!

Secure your event with a deposit of $150–$250—weekends fill up quickly and availability is limited! 

Payment Schedules are flexible and final guest count & menu selections are needed 14 days prior to the events date

The Service team arrives 1.5–2 hours before start time to begin preparations and organize provisions! 

Some prep (like marinating and seafood cleaning) is completed in advance offsite to streamline your event. 

After service, we handle all breakdown and clean-up —leaving your space spotless and restored to its original condition!
